My laptop is Acer 5610Z and the monitor which I am trying to connect it to is Acer H243H. I am told to download the Acer H243H software in my computer. Is that true and if so, what website and what is the cost to download? I am asking this question for...

I beleive ACER uses the laptop screen, to just the monitor and usually both.
Windows, this may be already in the monitor settings depending on your version.

I don't think a $200 markup is outrageous priced out a cheap 27" monitor, Chiefwinston....
A similar bundle for a 23" monitor costs $500.

Philiphs 273E3SB - 365$
I'm leaning towards the Dell since it has an IPS display and 1920x120...

The only exception is printers.
All flat panel monitors come standard with a VGA cord to hook into your VGA port.

I want to buy a nice TV/Monitor for playing consoles on, but I will also watch TV on this, and I will probably connect my PC to it too.
Somehow, I just cannot find something that would perform well as a PC monitor and would look great with console games...

23" Acer monitori use a 23" asus monitor that i use strictly for gaming.
I picked it up for $350 two years ago.
It to be a great balance for all things I use it for .
