IMO, I think this is the default behavior of split, Anyway please try this:
String currentString[] = br.readLine().replace("||"... .
I don't think you can empty string by using split() only .
You need to use indexOf() and then substring() for this to work .

Pokemon doesn't need voice acting in my opinion, and it allowsI don't think we'll see voice acting in BW2, although I've always wanted it.
And it is still a great series of games.
