Long time customer, looking to renew my contract (2 years) and upgrade 4 phones and upgrade to data plan. Sprint says $36 per phone activation fee will be charged. Is this correct, since some comments on this forum say that activation fees are waived ...

I did the work of going to the store and picking up in store you are NOT to be charged an activation fee, It's clearly stated on the receipt the amount they are to charge....
