I can't stand listening to conventional radio because I can't stand listening to ads. (The same goes for TV, where commercials are 200% louder than what you are trying to watch.)
Unfortunately, my wife needs to listen to the radio while getting ready ...

It seems like when trying to open 2 windows from a succession of windows.open calls, it only allows the first window to open and deletes the reference to the second window. I know this probably sounds a little kludgy, but we do need to have that second...

The IE pop-up blocker, by default, only allows (not sure if that was back-....
EDIT: I just realized that you probably are using a blank ('') window of using popups), which is considered a better practice .
The popup blocker for that zone.

I use Safari V5.1.7. "Block cookies" is set to block cookies "From third partyies and advertisers". Safari does an atrocious job blocking blocking advertising cookies. Even after I clear all the cookies, after visits to just a few websites I can count...

My complaint is the tracking and ad cookies I see, even with the above setting.

Another Chrome port that contains a built-in ad-blocker is SRWare's Iron (there seems to be no way to add new sites to this whitelist, or remove existing ones.) You might use an ad-blocker for Chrome....

Can anyone help, i have a popup that is being blocked .. it is a popup that is created because somebody has clicked on a Print picture on my site... I thought IE is not supposed to block these when the popup came via an onclick?

OK, I am so sick of these damn ads on SHH. The Grey ad (which consumed the entire clickable screen) would open after each page click and only after 10 or so page jumps, it finally subsided, only to be replaced with another ad that was on the bottom of...

A total of 12 ads were blocked in an entire day, none of which came from the servers ....
It only blocked ads from a few servers that are very lightly used.
