+ Are all adapter tubes...
with the cheapest? Do I need to go with the Panny DMW-LA4 adapter if I later might get the DMW-LW46 wide angle

What's the reason. I am using normal Gunbo aquarium accessory adapter as the ballast for my PLL tube
. The adapter supports 15~40Watts. Is it the ballast that caused my PLL tube to break?
Or maybe
be because of the adapter is not suitable for PLL tube? Or just because the tube is not good

How difficult would it be to make my own adapter tube? Are there any calculations that need
design parameters that must be followed.
I have never used adapters before, so any help is appreciated
comment. Blacken the inside of the tubes well. Also add baffle rings.

Has anyone tried any lens adapter tubes for the D-Lux4 besides Lensmate? I've seen them listed
