Only have through the Ego adapter? If OK, that proves the adapter is fine.
Vaping a carto as we speak.
Back to top Lava tube is fine.

4.6 EGR tube to Manifold adapter
Need the adapter that threads into the 4.6 exhaust manifold that the EGR pipe attaches to.

How many 924 owners would be keen to replace the POS plastic part with a direct replacement reliable aluminium or brass one if they were available at reasonable cost?

I'm trying to understand something.
Let's take a BSPP or SAE to Tube Adapter.
The manufacturer says that the pressure rating of said adapter is rated at the corresponding tubing used.
But what about the BSPP or SAE end?
Isn't there a specific pressure...
