How long will 30mg XR Adderall last? I am a 5'7'' 150 lb 18 year old and I rarely take adderall and I have a bad metabolism. If I take a 30mg Extended release between 12-2pm is there any chance I would be able to sleep by 10 or 11pm? Thanks.

XR is superior in my opinion because you only need to take it in the morning i was always....
There is NOTHING bad about extended release (XR) medications, especially Adderall XR (I'm prescribed Adderall XR 30mg).

How long does it take for adderall XR to clear out of your system? I snorted approximately 30milligrams about 4 hours ago. How long until i can take a normal dose? (not insufflated)

I would wait 3 days for it to clear out of your system before taking a normal dose otherwise you will be looking at having the need to take higher doses everyday eventually needing rehab. .
Mg is a lot for one day.

It doesn't take long for it to work.
A lot of people take an ir booster with the xr.
Adderall xr is stated to work for 6-8 hours but most people do not get that kind of coverage.
