My pregnancy with DD, I craved sugary things ALL THE TIME. And now that is my main craving, and 40 lbs heavier, I think this needs to quit.

During that time I up my protein and fat into it.
The best thing that I've done in the past-refined sugars are on the ingredient list, I don't eat it .

I would be in amazing shape!!!! I keep trying and enjoy it sometimes but always have to use discipline when it comes to fitness. Anyone have this issue? And more importantly, anyone overcome this issue? Please share!

I listen to music, but my clothes do fit better and I think the fat has been replaced by muscle in a lot of areas.
