Hi
when a customer tries to add a addon domain he gets
Could not create the addon domain [domain]: The domain entered already exists on the system.
the domain does not exist on list domains when we check and no DNS zone either.
How can we fix this?

I do have same issue, was unable to add two add... .
I did have a paid ticket open for another domain domain with the problem You will need to delete it from the table.
And rebooted enkompass server, still the domain won't open.

It also can clear cache, although for me Ctrl-F5 is enough usually .

In FF 3.0 they are grouped by domain, and you can eliminate all cookies from selected domain for domain.
