Try un checking "Register this connection's addresses in DNS" in the other IP address setting tab hostnames map to the correct ip address and the website is listening on that address then it will serve.

I have a DNS server that has multiple host records that share IP addresses. I have scavenged the server and it didn't work. Is there an automated process that would be able to delete these host records no longer in use?

Lacking a better solution at this point.
A DNS record must get through its no-refresh interval, then pass its refresh interval (without being refreshed) before scavenging can remove the record.

How come when setting name server records, so you can work out what IP address a domain belongs to, you always use domains?
