Adding adsense tos on sites Since every site with adsense needs to have a privacy policy what do you do about this? Do you write up unique one for each site, or just use the same text for all of them?
Not sure if it's worth writing up a new privacy page...

You can't popup an Adsense ad.
As far as I know it is only when you buy adwords ads that you are not allowed to have popups .
Well I can't remember the TOS but I am pretty sure that its ok.

Google AdSense not approved my AdSense application. I tried to resubmit that. But there is no any resubmiting facility. Cant I get Adsense for that email address...? Anybody know how to resubmit it.

Yes, you can put them together Absolutely , without affecting any TOS , it is ok to add both.
You can see ads settings in my blog.I am earning money with both programs .
It is not prohibited from adsense.
