Google adwords increase traffic thats all, does nothing for SERPS or indexing otherwise everyone I believe Google AdWords helps when you have to position a webpage; not technically (I agree with your opinions ), but you can spread your website....

You must keep in mind however that the tool offers only an estimate bid can win high bid.
This is where the keyword tool can be of use to give you an idea of what is the going rate for your keywords.
Preferably near the top.

Using your domain as a keyword is perfectly acceptable.
There is a tool this tool is so often misunderstood or misused.
Is doing this, and the advertiser themselves may not even be aware this is happening .
