I was thinking about this. When do you consider yourself middle aged? I'm 34. Am I middle aged yet? I still feel like a kid most of the time.
Any thoughts?
Maybe it's when you turn down getting some for sleep?

I would say for males.
What's the median age for an American male now? I would think that middle age has to star around late 30's if not sooner.
I'm turning 40 this year and I'm thinking I'm past the mid point .
