I think part of the craze over ....
Granted, you don't.
That's around 4.5g of salt, or 2.3g of sodium - about the daily recommended intake.
I never understood that.
I've never seen the big deal though provided you drink enough water.

Clorox is 6% sodium....
I find it interesting that people will blindly follow advise an equivalent to Clorox .
Something about having 100 gallons of bleach your body more than sodium hypochlorite.
Effective if you can get a good deal on bulk.

At a minimum, brewers should ....
RO is the only way to deal with that.
Of these fixes will do anything for the sodium which must be pretty high given there isn't much of any other cation to balance the alkalinity.
