Not sure why this just popped into my head, but long before podcasts, vlogs, blogs, and audible books, I was sitting in front of an AM radio, thrilled to be able to listen to this through the pops and static. Radio has never been as good since.

I listened to a BOTH newscast from the new America's Radio News and was shocked how badly produced and amateurish it sounded. From whatever broom closet the network does its newscasts, it sounds like a garage or college radio station....lots of room reverb...
