Air pressure may also be the reason why your fork seals started leaking in the first place.Forks....
You're much better off using NO air pressure to be replaced.
The air pressure forced the seals against the fork tubes.
Had the fork seals on my CRF 450 done 1 meeting ago. After the final race of the day i noticed a little dribble of oil already in the top of the fork and a little comes out when i press the bleeder valve down. any ideas what could be the problem?

It should stop by itself shortly When riding oil gets splashed around inside the forks and up into the fork bleeder,so if you release some pressure....

You could go fork, keep the weight down, and at the same time, make the bike a bit more versatile.
But given that it's a 2005 Enduro, you probably don't want too tall a fork on there.

A long time ago I had kind of a similar ... .
Also check in gold !! I'm wondering if this wobble is caused by one fork having less resistance then another.

You're going to love your new bike! I have a Drake Super Air the air to get the right pressure but when it's done the plushness and compression ramp up through the travel is great.
And I love this fork/bike set-up I have.
I just replaced front fork oil seals on my 2001 1150GS. However, my 3mm hex key will not fit into the bleed screws to bleed air from the forks (WTF ). What harm would be risked by running the forks unbled with the very few pounds of pressure in the forks...

Everything else inside reduction in the air gap..
Fork cap and preload adjuster are the only difference.
The lower casting.
2001 Marzocchi Z3 Flylight 100mm air forks - £60 posted, £50 collected (Malvern). These were serviced about 10 rides back, with new oil and seals which improved them massively, but I subsequently decided to go for a more modern fork and swapped them off...
