I guess I can respect him for that even though my initial reaction was pretty negative .
It sounded like the NHL basically made a recommendation to him that he should consider not going .
He doesn't even know who he is anymore.

Tried to change Ovechkins game when Ovechkin didn't want to, when you have a player like that you have to adjust around that player.
