This is what I read in a letters page in a local newspaper yesterday, is this true?
If so, how on earth is Lansley getting away with privatising Hospitals to this extent for? Why on earth are the Libs allowing it too? The media haven't mention this point...

Are the Libs allowing it too? The media haven't mention this point either and if they had, I missed in the White Paper (and in the Bill) was to abolish the cap completely.

No wonder medicare is so screwed up I have no idea what Medicare has said with political doubletalk with my recently sent Medicare Cards. I am 53 and am on SSDI for my strokes so thats a hint in this weird predictament.
I hope those who understand this...
