I've recently bought a set of Estoril Alloys off Ebay, didn't cost loads but 2 out of the 4 have had some of the cut-outs on the rim removed - assume due to an over zealous refurb !

Is there a combination of tyres & suspension so if I wanted to change my alloy wheels from the standard 16" to say 18" it will not compromised the ride?
