Not sure if anyone caught this is the May issue of Allure, but there was a tiny little article about JUDDD style dieting. In essence it said that people who were restricted 2 days per week at 350 cal and 2000 cal for the remaining 5 lost more...

I subscribe to Marie Claire, Women's Health, and the Food Network Magazine, and I buy Glamour Cooking Light, Food Network Magazine, Real Simple, Glamour, and Self but let those run out.

Settings, then look along the left column to see if your magazine/newspaper apps are listed..there are no settings fit these publications.
