You will want the RPM plastic ones. aluminum a arms won't break as easy but they bend which is just as bad as breaking them. Plus rpm arms are way cheaper too replace

If you can....
Alloy isnt going to stop it breaking it will bend crack and do all the same and can't be pushed too far .
I would stay away from the aluminum arms for a few rpm arms all around .
Of or had experience with my RPMs warping.

I need pros and cons of these two options, both are aluminum and cost the same $448 pair. I would assume the WRX ones respect the front track where the STi offer a wider track. Also, are the bushings different? STi being harder than WRX?

The 04-05 STI ones are lighter than our factory control ....
I don't really know anything about the WRX control arms, I was just giving my opinion on which ones to go with.

This pic shows the bolt head use a hammer to tap on top of the arm....
Can leave the lower attached to the arm if your using a different link or remove completely if reusing on the front control arm bushing (housed in the cross member).

I think I can nest all 4 arms (8 on pattern torch for free.
I'd plan on plain old 6061.
Which aluminum? I had a couple reason to spend a lot of $ on exotics.
Box beams or tubes? SInce I have seen the pictures, it can be done .
