The shroud block ram air flow,and the temp comes up about 10-15* over 35mph .
Works great at idle/low speed unmodified.Must have vent holes/doors added so it works going down the road .
They are lame I would like to upgrade to the spals also .

I am thinking of racking my radiator and was wondering if putting a 650 rad up top would keep the engine cool enough? The 650/700 radiator is smaller and I think it would look better than the big thundercat one. Has anyone done this to ensure it would...

I talked to him about it as I was thinking about, he has a 1040 and the 650 rad ....
Don't remember who it was but a guy on HL had a tcat with 32's and a big lift running a 650 rad.

Well looks like I just burnt through my 5th rad in the Intrepid in less than two years. Yesterday on the way home I noticed a flicker in the temperature gauge to which I found an empty coolant reservoir. I found some coolant residue on the passenger side...

I then proceeded....
However, when I took it apart a few hours ago the one grommet that gap smaller .
You can see the aluminum tabs don't seem to be clamped the grommets that came with the rad.
To be coming from the very bottom of the rad.

So what's everyone using for rad hoses???...I have a lower hose for a silverado on my lower, but the upper is a prob with the outlets on the rad on the same side and I'm gonna be using a f-body pump
