The other person, however, can set his radio to only unmute for a transmission coming from you, if he enables call sign....
Your transmission, since amateur radio is not private, and you cannot prevent someone from hearing your transmissions.

Changing LED colour in dash and clock Recently thought of changing my dash colour so I go about opening the dash to get to the clock and speedo to check which LED or SMD in this case.
Now some of the smds had 4 contacts ( PLCC-4 )

I wrote my first published gun article about 50 years ago. Don't recall what it was, and it probably came across with an amaturish tone as a new writer. I was delighted to be "published". 50 years later I see many articles in print that are not even close...
