I logged on to my Amazon Payments account today and to my surprise they needed my tax info (Social and other info) for me to continue to use AP. I guess its going to be a little more difficult to get money off of Visa gift cards and into my bank account...

Okay, this time the 2nd deposit showed up. I waited over a week the first time I did it--the first deposit came in 2 days and the second deposit never came. This time the deposits came on day 2 and day 3. So, I'm now accepting Amazon Payments....

If there is a way you can get around 'touching' any part of the credit card own' credit card payment gateway....
You have two options:
Use a system like Google/Amazon/PayPal for processing payments.
You'll need a provider no matter what.
