What happens if the first amendment is repealed?
If the ninth amendment is not also repealed, I can't see where there should be much difference. However, if the first were repealed, courts might not be willing to offend the tyranny of the majority to do so.

Were any NEW abortion laws created by the Stupak amendment?
All the states you listed have particular reasons for funding----all of which are extenuating circumstances. It would seem that Stupak doesn't affect any of the State legislative decisions you listed above.

I hope the american people have not been pussified enough for a revolution, we may have to fight our own government. Too many Americans have died fighting for the freedoms of other countries only to have our own stripped away.

The Death of the First Amendment?
If everyone was smart like yours truly, they would have followed my lead and stopped listening to the radio three years ago and ignored all forms of music television. I'll listen to what I want, damn it, and NO ONE is going to tell me what to like, especially not some jacked up, money-grubbing desk jockey who sees dollar-signs at the mere mention of beautiful but no-talent hacks singing pre-packaged pop tunes.
I find the best music by exploring and researching on my own. The stuff I find will never be played on the radio, but is infinitely better, so it doesn't matter.

Is Flag Burning Under the First Amendment?
I'm saying it obstructs their argument by putting passion before discourse. They are expressing anger in an inappropriate way, and onlookers will respond appropriately--with the unfortunate side effect that they will not hear what protesters have to say.
