I would justAlum blocks seem to be universally recommended here post shave especially for people with acne/sensitive skin .
alum (as opposed to ammonium) stings far less, the razo rock stick is one such option.

RazoRock is the alum that I use.
Alum is "generally" preferred as it's said to "sting" less than Ammonium Alum, but Ammonium Alum alum over the ammonium, but it would "do the job".
