Couple weeks ago I talked to several local aquarium stores. I gave both of them a sample of my water and their test results are the same as my test results.
Anyway, both of the "expert" told me to do 30% water change everyday until the nitrite and nitrate...

Just and placed the filters in the sump...
Water changes aren't done till the end after ammonium and nitrite have disappeared to lower nitrate level went from 80ppm to 0 in like 2 days or less and I have not had a problem since.
