If you look at the technical specs, analog is clearly inferior! However, some people truly do prefer analog & tube amplifiers.

Hi,
I recently bought a Panasonic DMP-BDT210P 3D blu ray player. I hooked it up to a stereo receiver via the stereo analog outputs and to my TV via HDMI.
Everything worked fine on 2D discs, however, to my dismay there was no audio being sent to my receiver...

Today ( about 2 months ago) I upgraded to a 3D compatible Denon AVR output on analog.
With the 7.1 analog audio and the video connected to my HDMI 3D projector direct to watch 3D BD for that as the source of your trouble.

Does Sonar have such a meter? How can I monitor the output level to see the actual audio level in terms of the typical 0dB to +3dB? The way I've been doing it is to run the output from the interface (VS100 which has unnumbered meters) to an analog mixer...

You may need a special plugin meter like the BlueCat meter the peaks take care of themselves as we used to do in the analog world.
That relates to analog output levels etc.

I've been thinking for a couple months about getting a real (not VA) analog synth; I haven't had one since I sold my Micro Moog many years ago. Last night I woke up in the middle of the night with the intro riff to "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)" running...

While there are a number of analog ESR meter designs on the web, none of them are sensitive enough for low ESR caps. Also they share a common fallacy which i'll point out below.
I won't go into the digital ones because from what i've seen so far most ...

An alternative to pure analog sequencers like the Roland M-182, the Roland 717A.
A good choice for a simple, analog style step sequencer is the frostwave Fat Controller and will read it deeply.

So, I often have trouble describing a function in a succinct name. It's usually not a problem in functions that are made for reuse, but often a large process needs to be broken into sub-functions. Often these get strange names, such as connectionsToAccessLines...
