If your dogs have been MICROCHIPPED PEOPLE!!!
If the shelter still won't give your dog back, take legal action.

I had a bad experience from the animal shelter on Canino Road about 10 great dogs and both came from them....
They are a kill shelter Mina based on this book.
Golden lab ellie both came from Citizens for Animal Protection ( CAP).
