Hi i'm proper confused as why they got shut of anime central it was a great channel and i know i'm not the only person to think so. Anime is a multi billion dollar industry and is only going to get bigger so why isn't there any channels yet I would love...

I totally agree the lack of anime on tv is infuriating I'd love to see a channel or a segment on tv an anime channel....
To add that i would love to see an Anime Channel as well,American Xbox 360s are getting a 'Manga.

What's the point of anime being so darn expensive. I can get a season of house or the office for like 10 bucks. When 12 episodes of anime is like 70$ non bluray.

There are several stages to having an anime licensed, everyone gotta get paid.
Also I bought FLCL on bluray for 20 dollars and the sd dvd was 40 dollars so go figure :/ .
To the anime world) it is cheaper but not on bluray.

I just got an email from Verizon that they are dropping the Funimation Channel from their FIOS cable service. According to the email, the channel had too few viewers to warrant keeping. Which is a shame, as it was a cheap way to watch a good bit of Funimation...
