Recently, I am giving many interviews as Software Engineer, am pretty much comfortable with the technology side when it comes to answering questions like What are your Strength and What are your weakness, I have kind of hard time giving them answers...

Tailor your answer to the job at hand and whatever you do don't give lame answers like "I work programmer answer for the weakness question.

On Yahoo Answers, how do you pick an answer to be your "Best Answer" on your own question? I will pick "Best Answer" for you if you show me how.

You just can't answer your own question.

Why is it when you answer a question on Y! Answers your percentage on best answered goes down?

Because you increase your total answers UNTIL LATER, so the percentage usually goes down unless you maintain your best answer rate....
Simple math.
questions answered, so you have a 9% (10/110) best answer.

You could try clicking 'Back' to see if you can go before you chose the answer....
Try selecting my answer as top, then choosing someone else's ;) Unfortunately, once you've chosen a Best Answer you cannot change that.
I don't believe so.
