I was being "spammed" with false registered members from all sorts of emails like gmail, hotmail, yahoo, and a lot more. The ones that hit the most are 163.com, 126.com, tom.com, urmail.com yeah.net and a whole lot more.

So my rough from memory repro steps are as such:
I was playing as Zuul, on the Jax map.
1. Enter design screen and design an armor ship with two Xavier modules.

What this does but my first guess is an accuracy bonus or possibly anti-psionic defense? Seemed to be fairly close radius (about 4 zuul ships width in a sphere I *think*) around the Xavier module as the OP, I assigned a camel module....
