Hello, I have read through "Guidelines For Malware Removal and Log Analysis" and I have followed the provided instructions.

Using MSSE, I had a message on the Action centre that 'MSE reports that Virus portection is turned off and must be turned on again manually using the MSE program' - but the 'button' next to this that says' turn it on now' is greyed out, and doesn't work...
