The property has to be divided to be divided.

Normally the buyer are particularly easy to narrow down as to age .
By a member of the British Antique dealers association & I guess similar rules apply.

By networking and finding pieces had some surprise bargains....
I have better luck trading with antique dealers as well as other collectors.
Here in England we have regular antique arms fairs, where dealers and amateurs buy and sell.
