My sister has changed a lot lately. We have all noticed that she is nervous all the time. It seems to me that she is suffering from some kind of panic disorder . I would like to help her but don't know how. Actually, I don't know a lot about anxiety so...

That is anxiety related,why so,my twin brother have been going through these same panic attack of pressure on the head is mainly cause by anxiety.
