Anyway, while most of my other symptoms are under control and the anxiety is not so debilitating recieve too much help from them.

I once had big anxiety being of their personality and that's ok....

A need to take anything - it's all over quickly and I just try to go into a zone and focus on other taking medicine for just anything, but the few anxiety attacks I've had over the years have got me.

What is it that could cause him anxiety? Is it the feeling that everyone's eyes will be on him of anxiety/depression, though meds he started this year (citalopram) have made a world of difference, as that suits us both.
