Has anyone here suffered from vertigo attacks triggered by gluten? I have had to go gluten free because gluten caused vertigo attacks.

Yes, vertigo is one of the first things i experience after ingesting gluten.
vertigo when poisoned, and get the shakes and my heart races like crazy.

Hi. I have had vertigo every day for almost two years now. I did not even know that dizziness came in two types when I went to the doctor, then. Now, I know too well, but don't know what to do about it.

My vertigo finally went away but my symptoms were as having anxiety, my physical therapists tell me that it's perfectly natural for people with balance disorders to have it.
I know the snow globe feeling all too well.

Im just wondering who on here has anxiety and what kind of symptoms it gives you. The doctors are trying to tell me that my dizzy spells and weird sensations in my hands, feet and face (usually on one side) is anxiety but I just dont believe them...although...

She said it would usually mean a racing heart rate, perhaps redness in face, numbness in hands and feet, etc .
Then I was sent to an ENT for vertigo (negative), finally I was sent to a neurologist because attack - he as OCD/anxiety.

I take a small dose of Ativan doses.
Ativan is very habit forming.
That class of drugs
lowers cortisol and if cortisol is too high, it can cause vertigo, BTDT.
It's not an anti depressant, it's anti anxiety.
