the cell phone reaction problem before it started happening all over the place several weeks ago

Hey whats up every one. Lately I have been doing some research in to cell phone tapping
of information about how its done and programs used to do it but nothing on how to detect it dose any one have
, and so it's not as easy but not impossible. I mean really, a good Police Scanner will do the trick just

Act on any information you get from the scanner, unless it's something like a tornado approaching
around or drove around the house to help police identify and locate. I was there a couple minutes before
I heard dispatch say there were 4 juvenilles burglarizing a house under construction down from my house. The time was early...
