Answer Snippets (Read the full thread at stackoverflow):
Profile it with SQL Profiler, just like any other sql activity... .
Less time to develop the data layer code and stored procs, and the queries are parameterized so they perform as well as stored procs .
Yes, its cost effective financially and in system resources.

So I'm looking at scopes for my Remington Ti, consequently, I want something light. While I initially was thinking about a VX3 in 2.5-8x36 (11.4 ounces) or 3.5-10x40 (12.6 ounces) flavors. But looking around at other options, I find that a Swarovski Z...

You get what you pay for.
The Swarovskis are markedly clearer than the Leupold and exhibit less flare and in my experience have better light transmission .
Glass is identical, power is the variable.
Now I have a couple of Z6s and a Z5 .
I had a Z3.

Buddy of mine has a 1983 Volvo 240 Wagon. It's a 4 speed manual with push button overdrive. He's had it for 9 years and it appears to be in great shape and run well. Are these things hard to take care of or have any major defects? I might pick it up as...

I'm looking into selling some stuff on ebay and is a little confused with the process, especially when it comes to shipping the item.
Anybody familiar with it or have been doing it and wouldn't mind mentoring me through this?
TIA

What kind of questions do you have and what are you selling? The best tool I found for my ebay business was an online message board like this:... .

So the local gun store had a good deal on a consignment gun - a .270 that had been built on some mauser action. It is a nice gun, and I have it on layaway.
Anyway, the barrel (which is nicely blued), is stamped .270 wcf on one side, and W. A. Crowther...

Felix : Thanks for the thought, I will be sure to have it checked .
Could be the gunsmith or the guy it for whom it was made .
Felix Not necessarily the barrel maker.
Make sure it is chambered correctly as per label.

I guess it's the exit pupil...some folks refer....
Good glass, the nikoplex is a nice size, fairly light, decent FOV, decent eye relief...but the best thing is the huge exit pupil .
One of my favorite scopes.
I've used several of them and really like them.
