I would love to get a wi-fi device with a touch screen interface that will work well, but hopefully not break my budget of $300.

It looks like this issue is finally resolved affected, then this is a problem at Youtube itself and not a device problem (which I have not have updated on my device.

I am pleased to say that you can now all access Chat4Quacks via Tapatalk, which is a low cost app available on the apple and android markets.
Just search for "Chat4Quacks" and login with your current username and password and you are good to go!

I have followed a couple of step-by-step installation procedure to install the mobility and the autodiscover services to my Lync installation and still my mobile device are not connecting.
