We have mostly apple stuff in the warehouse. I have had iMacs for a few years now, and they work great. Either way..I never really have had a warranty issue, and in general, have not had to call any PC company in like 5 years for tech support it seems...

I would take it to the Apple store where I could at least talk it to the Apple store....
However, none of that would be necessary if apple products had and a slightly better chance it would get fixed.
