£440 anyone condition (face and back) has the seal still intact 1 graze/chip but hardly noticeable .

As we all know they stretch and tear and become unusable after several months. But the Apple store tell me the warranty is only 6 months on them, not 12? Anyone else have similar problem with it?

I had an issue with my iPad 1 64Gb 3G (unlocked) and so I spoke to Apple about it, and they have replaced it with a shiney, new iPad 1 64Gb 3G (unlocked).
It is absolutely pristine, and still in its sellophane wrapper that iPad's ship with, so not a mark...

It does have 90 day warranty, but this warranty will not show on the normal Apple Serial check, it only shows on Apple's internal system (because it is an exchange warranty).
