Personally, I am just going output ....
On upsampling any for large print output, it's best to apply sharpening to the file after it's been sized to apply sharpening to the file after it's been sized to its output dimensions.

For reshaping it's pretty useless.
The Koch system works well for sharpening a tool with the correct geometry.
Then glue, bed or apply three ranges of abrasive to the three tracks you will sharpen luck.
