Hello,
My mother-in-law got only 1 year of US visitor(B2) visa which will expire on October 1st, 2012 .
She came to US in mid October 2011 , but for family emergency she stayed here ~3+ months and returned to India on Feb 8th 2012 .

I see 45 days (prior I94 expiration) requirement, therefore we are bit nervous to wait for result beyond I94 expiration...

According to the good people at the caa the essays are not trade specific.
