Stop the presses, Rasmussen now has Obama at a 51% approval rating!
Up 7% in the last two weeks.
Do I believe 7% of Americans have changed their views in the last two weeks? No, but I thought it showed how this poll is all over the place.

Their swings are not nearly as pronounced when several polls are factored in .
That's why I like RCP.
And it will still mean nothing until after the conventions .
Liberals will crow about it, just the same as the conservatives crowed 2 weeks ago .

Well, come on, who didn't see this coming a mile away? Running for governor of California, especially in 2010, is like asking to win the honor of being punched repeatedly in the face and charged five bucks each time for the pleasure .

Kerry will lose rather than Bush winning. Bush will be around the 48% mark on election day and win by 3-5%.
What will he be at at the conclusion of his second term?

If he wins, lower-to-mid....
If Kerry's elected, by the end of his first term, I think his approval ratings will be in the low 40s.
If he's reelected, I'd say he'll end his presidency with an approval ratings in the mid 50s.
