In the RTF document, the arabic for me.
The only work around found was to generate RTF document in place of PDF documents .
I found out that in fop we can not render the arabic text at it should.
Be very nice.

Numbers are never localized, because unlike natural language words, Arabic numerals and change the list-style-type of it like:
ol { list-style: arabic-indic; }.

You can confirm this by getting each character....
IT is most likely Reading the information in correctly, however your output stream is probably not UTF-8, and so any character that cannot be shown in your output character set is being replaced with the '?' .

The Arabic menus have been reviewed and updated, with with new words added. The menus in Retail-Man can be converted into Arabic. The files can also be downloaded using the link below. Windows 2000, XP or Vista is recommended, with support for Arabic....

Got hacked acct back and changed password and sec question. AFTER doing the reset (in english), suddenly account is now in ARABIC (when i sign out, MSN page goes to arabia.msn.com as well). using google translate, i can see some of the hotmail account...
