Arctic foxes vs baby elephants? My girlfriend wants us to get a baby elephant. I have told her on numerous occasions that this is a ludicrous idea and that an arctic fox would be way cooler.
What does everybody else think?

Arctic foxes are much easier to keep, all, but personally I wouldn't want an elephant next door.
This can lead to some unfortunate "accidents".

They're still foxes of course, so they're cute, but I think a normal red or arctic fox would have much more pretty fur an actual unique feel to....
A lot of effort to make a fox that has sort of gross, custard-pus colored fur.

We have plenty of fennec fox breeders here that shares the same locus as the Arctic Marble allele.
