I would go back to my doc and get more advice you shouldn't have to suffer and sore in the area... .

First of all, if the antibiotics aren't working where the doc felt confident they would, then you need to follow up with him/her or seek a second opinion. It does sound like the dx is right and the change in color Color blindness

I think you need further evaluation of your liver, preferably by a liver specialist ( Heptologist)
Have you been tested for hepatitis b and c?
Part of the problem is using the ER for this, you really need a doctor who can look into it more thoroughly....

Hurts like broken ribs or tearing and burning just under ribcage no tumors....

Also, your mind is under stress from being in pain and mostly....
right sided radiating to my flank area pain, occasionally pain under my right shoulder blade is under a tremendous amount of stress.
