How to win in arm wrestling? I heard you can break their arm using techniques? I heard somewhere you can use Kungfu in arm wrestling by twisting their palms and sqeezing to break their hand. Is it true?

Exactly why I dont do arm wrestling, I dont care if people the medics wheeling you out with your arm in a sling.
This happen loads of times, its nasty indeed.

Arm Wrestling? Has anyone tried to get better at arm wrestling using a powerball?

My sons are after the large (action man size) hm armed forces - any except the sniper.
THey are also after any wrsetling figures and the toy wrestling rings
