When in HoX I asked artificer to put Byeshk on ESoS (for Mindflayers) I've noticed that I also did full damage to Flesh Renders too.
I might be wrong though. Anyone can confirm/deny this?

The flesh renders in HoX day, I suppose.
Http://ddowiki.com in place (Tharaak Hounds) or in addition (Belashyrra) to the Byeshk DR .
All others have Cold Iron/Good.
Xoriat Renders and Flensers do have Byeshk DR.

What is an arrow-to-the-knee? I'm pretty sure it's some kind of pill or hit. It sounds like it has some pretty harsh influences and it's rendering people incapable of their everyday tasks... I don't want to google it because I'm really sensitive to gruesome...

Using soul arrow overrides the attack from the arrows because you're not using them.
The Use by default.
I just don't carry any arrows at all.
Soul arrow renders the +attack on the arrows useless.
