Is an Art Foundation course important or would it set me back a year? I want to do an Art Foundation course in the United Kingdom, and its free, but i also want to go straight to university. I want to know if doing an Art Foundation Course is important...

That most people on art or design courses have done a foundation course, and a lot of people also take on the foundation course and at a uni you're interested in and ask them what the best path for you would.
