I agree with you in Dallas Arts....
That is one that does not encourage other development to build itself around the Arts District brand.
Art District related growth will happen south of Ross in that sea of parking lots.

Congatulations the entire arts district! So how many years before they break ground? Theoretically less than one of the arts district....

The "article" isn't too bad, though it's obviously, "The Bishop Arts....
In Oak Cliff.
Outside" the Bishop Arts District, but that's really a stretch -- it's a block from Lake Cliff Park: Bishop Arts District - Not B.A.D.

If you're driving....
It has a stop at 4th and LVB - right where you want to be if you want to visit this area .
I think your best bet would be to hop on the Deuce bus .
The area described in the article is much closer to the Stratosphere than to Fremont Street .
